Delivery Timelines

How long will my glasses take to arrive? Because your glasses are custom-made to your exact visual needs, most orders arrive within 7–14 days.The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your prescription. Highly complex prescriptions occasionally take a few days longer to perfect, but we work hard to ensure dispatch as soon as possible after our opticians have authorised and quality-checked your order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your glasses leave our lab, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This email will include your tracking details so you can follow your frames right to your door.

Missing or Delayed Orders

f you have received your dispatch confirmation email but haven't received your glasses after 10 days, please contact us. We will investigate the delay and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
